Even though the weather is starting to get a little frightful out there, literally, because we are almost to Halloween, I was craving something cool and minty. I decided that ice cream was out of the question because it is way too chilly for that. However, grasshopper pie could easily fit into the equation. Plus, I’m a tad pumpkin-spiced out.
I found the perfect grasshopper pie recipe and got to making it right away. I thought I’d save it for dessert after supper but lo and behold, my family found a slice missing that evening. Hmm, I wonder whatever could have happened to it?
