Hey, guys and gals! Are any of you lovers of the pale ale? Perhaps you might be partial to a darker stout like Guinness. Whatever the case may be, you have to use what you have on hand and make this beef roast.
Beer is the main character in this cast of awesomeness. If you’ve never had a beer-soaked roast before now is the time. Don’t worry, all of the alcohol content is burnt off the meat during the cooking phase.
All you are left with is a flavorful hunk of meat. Sounds good, doesn’t it? Heck yes it does! Now, who’s going to be making this beerbraisedd beef with me?
