I am a huge sucker for chocolate cookies and malted milk balls. The two together would make a marvelous dessert. I sure wish someone would come up with a recipe for this.
And someone did. I think the angels in heaven rejoiced when Ree Drummond announced this malted milk chocolate chip cookie recipe. I mean, I know that I surely did.
This recipe isn’t hard to follow at all and it makes delicious batch of nostalgic cookies. Yum!

Optional: Allow to cool completely, then use two cookies to make an ice cream sandwich. Add sprinkles to the sides of the ice cream, then wrap individually in plastic wrap.
