From sausage to tasty veggies, this stew has it all. It even has bacon! Yum, bacon! I like making this stew because of its heartiness.
You really don’t need anything to pair with it because it is so heavy. I might add a slice or two of Irish soda bread and butter but that’s it. I love the leftovers of this coddle because they always taste better than the first time around 🙂
