I love breakfast casseroles. Seriously, they are the perfect dish to make when you are feeding a crowd in the morning. Not only are they easy to bring together but they taste great, too.
This breakfast casserole has a little bit of everything in it from sausage to eggs to cheese. I love it! You can easily double this casserole if you need too. Eggs Florentine is one of the recipes that you do not easily forget.
