Truthfully, I’ve never been that big of a fan of cornbread. However, this all changed when i discovered that pumpkin puree and cornflour worked really well together. This recipe turns out an amazing pumpkin cornbread.
I admit, if all cornbread tastes this good then I am a lover of the stuff! My tastes have definitely changed. You won’t believe how easy this pumpkin cornbread is to make.
If you can mix up a few ingredients in a bowl then you can definitely make this cornbread. I’ve even skipped the loaf and made it in muffin cups before. My family loved it!
