I’ve been on a hard cider cooking kick lately. My neighbor Sally is the person to thank for introducing me to this culinary phenomena. I’m not much of a booze drinker but I do enjoy cooking with beer and spirits from time to time. How about you?
Anyway, I used some Angry Orchard Crisp Apple hard cider in this recipe and let me tell ya, it couldn’t have turned out any better. Boy or boy, talk about an amazing flavor! This is the kind of pot roast you wan tto come home, too, baby doll.
