I am a sucker for minty desserts and always have been. Shockingly, Mr. Pick Eater aka my middle son, loves mint, too! I am so super surprised by this because mint isn’t really a kid-friendly flavor, but my little guy loves it. So, he was very glad that I found this recipe and made this cake.
The cake portion of this recipe is so rich and decadent as it contains espresso powder. Yum! The homemade mint frosting tops this mosit cake off with so much gusto I can barely describe it. I guess you’re just goign to have to make this cake and try it for yourself.
