2. Church Lady Melted Cheese Chicken
There really isn’t any meal that is easier than this one. You can double or triple Church Lady Cheese Chicken to take to a potluck or other social gathering. It’s simple, quick, and very easy to make.
It’s also extremely economical. I love making meals that are affordable and this is one of them. Another thing I enjoy about this recipe is the small amount of spiciness that is in it. The Mexican dipping cheese give sit a nice kick!
Now, don’t worry. The kids will love this recipe as the spiciness isn’t overbearing. It’s just enough heat to let you know that it’s there. nothing major. However, if you want more heat, feel free to add in some cayenne pepper or jalapeno juice.
