5. Caramel Frosting
What You’ll Need:
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 cups confectioner’s sugar
What To Do:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add brown sugar and bring to a boil; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk, then return mixture to a boil.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool. Add confectioners’ sugar and stir until smooth.
