I love one-pot meals. don’t you? It’s so nice to have your entire dinner simmering away in one pot rather than dealing with multiple dishes to clean. This one-pot whatever casserole is just that, whatever.
It tastes dang good so who really cares what’s in it? LOL Now, don’t worry, we aren’t putting pig lips and snake heads in this casserole. Sorry to those of you who like that sort of thing.
This one-pot meal contains beef, onion, and wine that all mingle together to make a wonderful tasting supper. I like to serve this mixture over a bed of noodles but you can also use rice. Shoot, I bet if you wanted to you could eat this beef mixture on buns as loose meat sandwiches. However you decide to eat it I am sure it’ll be amazing 🙂

Quick Tip: Serve over noodles, rice, or slices of garlic bread. You can substitute oil for the butter, bottle garlic for the fresh, or use a different wine.
