6. Fruity Nilla Wafer Pudding
Okay, imagine taking Nilla Wafers. Typically, you would think you’re going to add those to a banana pudding recipe. There’s nothing wrong with that delicious combination, however, imagine adding it to a different recipe with… get this… lemons!
Adding lemons to the pudding, plus added berries to the top, made this pudding so perfectly complete. Are you getting excited yet? LEMONS! I know, I’m going to have to calm down a bit.
I was so surprised that this recipe added lemons and lemon juice and so excited when I finished the recipe and served it. The flavors were vibrant. They danced upon my tongue and felt so refreshing given the summer heat.
I served this to my husband, who isn’t normally a fan of puddings. He gobbled it up and I knew that I needed to share it with y’all.
