I think Halloween has to be one of my favorite holidays. I love the fall season, the candy, and the harvest parties. I am always looking for fun ways to make this time of year a blast for my kids.
Usually, these ideas involve food. Do you want to know something else? I lOVE stuffed peppers. However, my babies do not.
They will not eat the “insides” but not the pepper itself. So, I was delighted when I came across this Jack-O-Lantern stuffed pepper recipe. My kids thought these little Jack-O-Lanterns where so nifty that they actually ate them.
I was both amazed and excited. Yay! My kids ate their entire stuffed pepper, woohoo! So, moms and dads, if you have picky eaters who stick their nose up at stuffed peppers I encourage you to make them these Jack-O-Lanterns 🙂
