Hey, everyone! I hope you are all doing well today. So, the other day I was on the phone with one of my friends from church. She told me she was expecting company for dinner later that evening. i asked her what she was making and she told me that she had beefy slider meat simmering away in the Crock Pot. I swear, ya’ll, I could smell that meat cooking right through the phone! She described the recipe to me and I knew that I either needed to get invited to her house for dinner or I had to make this meal myself.
