Fall has officialy set in and with it came the glorious football season. Now, even if you don’t dig football chances are someone in your life does. So, I tell you this, if you get invited to a football party do yourself a favor and go because you will get to eat a buffet of awesome food.
You’ll never go to a football party where kale chips and lentil soup is served. No way. You’ll find hot wings, cheese dips, and nacho casserole! That’s right, I said “nacho casserole.”
This recipe covers the basics of what awesome junk food is all about. Sometimes you just gotta live a little and this nacho casserole allows you to live LARGE. It’s truly easy to make and you will have lots of fun eating it.
If I were you I’d make a double batch because it tends to go fast. Nacho casserole is a real touchdown in my recipe book 🙂
