Hello, everyone! So, today I wanted to talk to you all about brownies. We’ve all had them, right? From texas sheet brownies to those sporting nuts and frosting, brownies can be made in an assortment of ways.
However, nothing tops Mississippi mud brownies. Nothing. These are ooey, gooey, and so dang good you might just need to pinch yourself to make sure you aren’t dreaming. I made a pan of these brownies the other day and shared them with my neighbor, Sally.
You know Sally, the crazy lady that lives next door to me? LOL! I wrote that because Sally is standing next to me right now as I type this. She’s such a good sport.
Anyway, Sal says she loved these brownies and they reminded her of the kind her southern mama used to make her when she was little. So yeah, if a southern mama made these brownies you know they must be top of the line good!

Quick Tip: To avoid the “marshmallow husks” on top of the brownies, next time I think I might try using marshmallow fluff. After baking the Oreo crust and letting it cool, spread on a layer of marshmallow fluff. Then pour the brownie batter on top and bake. – Normal Cooking
