As a young girl, I can remember my grandma always bringing these funny looking round cakes to our house when we would have her over for dinner. They kind of reminded me of a huge donut. I never complained because these cakes were insanely good to eat. Years later, i discovered that these cakes were called “Bundts.” I actually went out and bought myself a Bundt cake pan with my allowance so that I could make one for myself. I haven’t looked back.
this Bundt cake is a very special recipe because it involves stuffing the Bundt with a ring of peanut butter. yes. A ring of peanut butter. What could possibly be better than that? A ring of gold? Okay, you got me there but as far as edibles go a ring of creamy peanut butter sounds just fine by me.
