Every year during the holidays my mother would always make grape salad for our big, family dinners. It was truly something I looked forward to despite all of the pies, cakes, and cookies. This grape salad is fresh, cool, and comforting.
It’s also really good for you if you substitute the sour cream with greek yogurt. I think the two taste virtually the same, anyway. Making this grape salad is seriously easy and you can mix it up the night before you plan to eat it.
The next day, just add a small splash of milk and stir to get everything all mixed up again. My kids devoured this salad because it is so sweet. My middle son actually refers to it as “candy salad.” LOL!
You really need to make this treat sometime soon because it’s really good. Plus, it’s topped with crunchy, sugared pecans. Yum!

Quick Tip: If you don’t have any sour cream on hand feel free to use plain greek yogurt instead.
This is great to carry for a covered-dish meal at church, or with friends! Always gets compliments.
