If you’re anything like me you are probably all about fall, Halloween, and the autumn season. One of my favorite parts of this time of year is all of the fun foods associated with it, particularly pumpkin! That’s why I am so glad that I came across this delightful little cake. For one, it’s a poke cake which I absolutely LOVE. And for two, it’s got pumpkin spice in it! Yum!
So, can you guess what we will be drizzling into the holes poked into this cake? If you said cream cheese filling then you’d be right. What else goes better with a pumpkin cake than cream cheese filling and frosting? Not much! I made this cake last year for my son’s classroom harvest party. All the children loved it. You can also make this cake into cupcakes, which is totally fun 🙂
