One of my fondest memories of growing up was church potlucks. We would have one once a month after church on Sunday. The food was always so good!
You could smell everything cooking in the kitchen during the Sunday service and it was enough to make you want to jump out of the pew and head to the tables. Such a wonderful memory. One thing about these potlucks was how all the ladies would make casseroles; my mother included.
Nothing beats a church lady casserole. This recipe that I am sharing with you today is called “clutch and carry casserole” because you don’t want to let it go until you reach the potluck and that’s only because you want to gobble it up!

Quick Tip: This is a great casserole to let the kids help you make. It’s easy, quick, and will give you some special bonding time with your little ones.
