Super Sweet Taters That’ll Have you Sayin’ “Wooooweeee!”

Who here is a fan of sweet potatoes? I know that I sure am. I love making them pureed with brown sugar, butter, and vanilla.

When you whip them up like this they turn into a lovely casserole. You can also make a crumble topping for them that bakes up to a sweet perfection. This recipe is simply amazing and I know you are going to love it.

I made these sweet potatoes the other day and of course, had my dear old neighbor Sally be my official taste tester. Sal about did a got dang backflip through my kitchen window after just one bite. She’s a tad dramatic haha!

However, these sweet taters are the best ever so I can understand her over-the-top reaction. Sally wants you all to know that she will be making these sweet potatoes for her Thanksgiving dinner.

Quick Tip: This recipe calls for pecans, but I have a little boy with a tree nut allergy so we just left those out. The taters still tasted great 🙂
