I still cannot believe how incredibly easy this rosemary crusted pork loin is to make. The prep work took me less than ten minutes. I thought for sure I would be having to do fancy things in the kitchen all day, but nope! I’m so excited at how this meal turned out and I know you will be, too!
Check out what my pals over at Farm Flavor had to say about this recipe:
“Dried herbs and spices are great ways to amp up the flavor of plain meat cuts such as pork loin.”
Yes, they certainly are! I love using herbs and spices to create amazing flavors on cuts of meat like pork, beef, and chicken. Open your spice cabinet and get creative!
Ingredients
3-4 pounds pork loin
2 tablespoons Bertolli olive oil
McCormick dried rosemary, to coat
cracked pepper, to coat
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drizzle the pork loin with olive oil, and sprinkle the pork loin with rosemary and cracked pepper, making sure all the meat is covered.
Roast until meat thermometer is inserted in center of roast registers 140 degrees.
Allow the meat to sit for about 20 minutes before carving.

Quick Tip: Pork needs to be cooked about 20 minutes per pound, so the cook time may vary depending on how big your pork loin is.
Thank you to Farm Flavor for this great recipe.
