Ladies and gentlemen, this pie is the star of the show. It is so insanely good, I can’t even begin to describe it to you. I guess you’ll just have to make it for yourself.
When I hear dessert names like “French Silk Pie” I start to get a little nervous because it sounds like it’s way beyond my culinary skill level. Nope. Not even close! This Bonjour Pie is easy as, well, pie to make!
You will be so impressed with yourself when you finish up this masterpiece. It’s totally delicious. My kids really loved eating this pie and so did my husband.
We paired it up with our favorite chocolate ice cream. It was so yummy! It was very hard for me to not go after a second piece, but calories. So anyway, enjoy making and eating this lovely French Silk pie!

Quick Tip: You can use either a store-bought pie crust or make your own from scratch. Whatever works for ya, sweetcheeks.
I have also been making this pie for years, but adapted it for the raw egg potential…just use pasteurized egg product, such as “Eggbeaters”…I find the result is pretty much the same.
