1. Deep Dish Dutch Apple Pie
When it comes to fall flavors, deep dish Dutch apple pie always comes to mind. it’s warm, flavorful, and full of yummy autumn herbs and spices. My favorite way to enjoy this pie is a la mode style. Nothing beats a slab of warm apple pie straight out of the oven topped in melty vanilla ice cream. Yum! My mouth is getting all watery just thinking about it. I have to hurry up and write this post so I can go get started on making my own Dutch apple pie. I mean, I made one yesterday but it’s already gone so I need to replace it, right?
It may seem that there are a ton of steps to making this pie, but don’t let that deter you from taking the plunge. The instructions are very simple to follow and there are shortcuts you can take to cut down on time. Yay!
