I was impressed. Curry powder is definitely one of my favorite spices, if not THE favorite. What is your favorite spice? Let me know in the comments!
So anyway, I always wanted to try making my own chicken curry. I had had it plenty of times at various restaurants but you know, I love to make meals with my own two hands.
I came across this recipe and it looked simple enough so I thought I’d give it a try. Boy, am I glad that I did! I’m pretty sure this is even better than the ones I’ve had at restaurants, if I say so myself!
