5. Cheesecake Cookie Bars
Do you love cheesecake? I sure do! And so does my husband. The most annoying part about our baking cheesecake is that we can’t enjoy it on the spot! When we get a craving for it, by the time I’m able to make it, bake it and then freeze it til it’s cool, it’s just far too long and we end up enjoying it the following day.
This cheesecake is different. Firstly, it’s cut into bars which makes it much easier to enjoy as finger food with a group of friends. Secondly, it’s no bake cheesecake (that rhymes, I know!). Isn’t that amazing?! Now we can have cheesecake any time we want. This recipe is so simple and can be made for any dessert.

Quick Tip: Use whatever berries are fresh at the time to make the topping. It creates variety and uses whatever is available.
