Do you ever get tired of tossing all of your food into a baking dish and creating casseroles? No? Yeah, me neither. I love me some casseroles! LOL!
Anyway, today, we will still be making a type of casserole but instead of cooking it in a baking dish inside of the oven, all of over cooking will by done stovetop style. I mean, hey, we gotta use those awesome cast iron skillets that our grandma gave us for something!
Now, this skillet meal is really good. It is spinach bacon and parmesan pasta. It is light, delicious, and perfect for supper or lunch.
I have made this dish a handful of times already and each time was better than the last. I know you will share my sentiments. I love how creamy and textured this skillet pasta is. Did I mention that it is insanely fresh and flavorful?
