I bet almost everyone reading this loves eating strawberries. I know that I do! I can appreciate the red, ripe juicy berries that I find growing wild behind my house. Unfortunately, this year’s berry harvest wasn’t so hot. We did not have very many coming up at all. I spoke with a few of my friends and they said the same thing. What gives, Mother Nature? So, in order to make this very special bundt cake, I had to head on down to the local grocery store to fetch some berrylicious produce.
Making this cake was almost as fun as eating it. I love the feeling of pride that I get when i see a dessert that I am making with my own two hands come together. This cake was very simple to make and only required a few ingredients. It tastes fresh and the texture was light and airy thanks to the Angel food.

Quick Tip: If you can, try to use fresh strawberries from your homestead of local farmer’s market.
