Sometimes I want to try to eat healthier. That becomes really difficult when you love food as much as I do. However, I have found there are ways to alter a recipe so it works in my favor when I’m trying to be healthy.
This is one of them. This casserole gives me all the wholesomeness of wheat pasta, veggies, and ground turkey meat. The spices mixed into this casserole mesh together well and hug your taste buds with a sea of heavenly goodness.
And the best thing about it all? It is HEALTHY for you! Your family is going to love this meal and they do not even need to know that it is good for them.
What they don’t know won’t hurt them, right? Right! I typically pair this dish up with a side salad, applesauce, and some freshly baked bread or rolls.
