I remember the first time I went to IKEA. It was such an amazing experience. I had never been to such a MASSIVE store with so many floors and items and well, wow! It was unlike any other store I had ever been to. I definitely bought much more than I needed on that trip (if my husband is asking, all I got was a couple of very necessary items…)
The best part, though, was when we got to the end and I saw they had a cafeteria. I had seen posters throughout the store about their Swedish meatballs and knew that’s what I was going to have. It just looked so appetizing. Well, they were. And I had to have them again, but I knew I wouldn’t be able to drive so far to get them, so I got to searching online and found this recipe.
