This recipe is so simple, you’ll really have an easy time with it and be glad you have so much extra time leftover (you might even get inspired and whip up a batch of garlic butter to go with some bread for this meal). It definitely tastes just like regular lasagna and makes a pretty impressive dish.
All you’ll need is four simple ingredients to have a delicious dinner everyone will enjoy. It’s a simple layering in the dish with those four and you’re done. You can serve this for a regular weeknight with the family or a large get together on the weekends. Either way, everyone will enjoy this.
Ingredients
30 ounces frozen cheese ravioli, unthawed
16 ounces ricotta cheese
1 Eggland’s Best egg
16 ounces Kraft mozzarella cheese
1⁄2 cup Kraft parmesan cheese
26 ounces Preggo pasta sauce
vegetables (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13×9 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
Mix together ricotta, parmesan, egg, and 8 oz. of mozzarella; set aside.
Spoon a thin layer of sauce on bottom of the casserole dish. Arrange frozen raviolis in a single layer and top with half the ricotta mixture.
Cover with another layer of sauce, raviolis and ricotta mixture. Top with remaining mozzarella.
Cover casserole with aluminum and bake for 30 minutes.
Take off aluminum foil and allow to cook an additional 15 minutes.
