Say, “Goodbye” To Regular ‘Ol Tacos And “Hello” To This Mouth-Pleaser!

When I was little, I absolutely hated Mexican food.  Ugh, the tortillas, veggies, weird chips and dips.  I dreaded Taco Tuesdays and whenever my parents said it was Mexican lunch after church.  I was not amused by it and it was definitely not my cup of tea.

 

If you had met me today though, you’ll know I love Mexican food.  I have grown to love the tortillas, veggies, weird chips and dips (they’re no longer weird either, by the way).  I now can’t wait for Taco Tuesdays and beg my parents and husband for a Mexican lunch.  Mmm, so yummy!
