I have always loved Molten Lava Chocolate Cakes. I’ve had them from many places, and I prefer them a bit crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Of course when you cut into them the chocolate should flow out like lava. Mixed with the ice cream it’s just sinfully delicious.
My husband is a huge chocolate lover, almost more so than I. So when I made these he was super happy. I know everyone reading this out there is the kind of person who appreciates it too, so that’s why I had to share this recipe that perfectly recreated the best lava cakes I’ve ever had, you’re welcome!
