Check out what my friends at Food.com had to say about this Caribbean Pork Roast:
The meat is so tender! I have to try every recipe twice to rate it, this is a priceless recipe. I added Lime juice to the onion mixture and it was even more tender!
Wonderful flavor! I used a 3 lb. roast and cooked it for 2 hours in my convection oven. It was perfect. The outside had crusted nicely and inside was tender and yummy!
Ingredients
1 -6 lb butt pork roast
4 garlic cloves, smashed
2 teaspoons McCormick dried oregano
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon Gold Medal flour
1 tablespoon Bertolli olive oil
1 medium onion
1 teaspoon Morton salt
1 teaspoon McCormick allspice, ground
Quick Tip: If you have leftovers, make them into pulled pork tacos the next day.
Thank you to Food.com for this awesome recipe!

I don’t have a convection oven. How long do I cook the roast for, and what temperature?
What great ideas. Can,t wait to try them.
