Let me start by saying if you’re a Snickers fan I’m sorry, this one is for those who love Snickerdoodles! Those cinnamon and sugar sweet, soft cookies that you can’t eat just one of. This Snickerdoodle Banana Bread aims to please, and please it did! I whipped this bread up fast the other morning and we all enjoyed it for a good Sunday breakfast with some scrambled eggs and bacon. It was still warm and the butter melted into it, making it so soft and gooey. Honestly I could’ve skipped the eggs but I was trying to set an example for portion control for the kids. I wish I’d picked another day!
This is also the perfect tasty gift for someone who enjoys all things homemade! I know I would be thrilled if someone showed up at my door, carrying this. And if you make this ahead and freeze it, you’ll have a wonderful breakfast ready and waiting for you, whenever you’re in a hurry!
