So the other day, I happened upon a blog called “dump dinners.” Curious I jumped right into reading and discovered these are crock pot meals that are all in one or two freezer bags, and when ready to cook you just dump it in the crock and cook for the recommended time. I suppose in this respect any crock meal can be a dump dinner.
The cool part is, if you learn how to make one you can throw together several and be set for the week. Just write the recipe name and date on each freezer bag so they can be used in time. When I threw this cilantro lime chicken together, I made a couple bags. I cooked one that day and froze one for a week to make later. They were equally as delicious!
