Every time we go to Disney, or any summer fair I have got to get a churro. That soft yet chewy dough just smothered in cinnamon sugar is SO delicious. There’s nothing like it, really. Of course I found this dessert cake featuring a churro flavor and I think it’s pretty darn close to my favorite doughy snack.
Since I don’t have the know how to make actual churros, but I do have a bundt pan and knew I could follow these easy steps, I was excited to bake this treat and dig in. Everyone agreed that this was lighter than a pound cake, and it went over very well in my house served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Delish!
