This Favorite Summer Fruit in a Pudding? You’ll Want Seconds!

Discovering new things to make in my crock is so fun, I always thought of it as a tool to make dinners, but the capabilities of a crock pot are so far beyond that; most don’t know. That’s why I’m on a mission to spread the word. This Mango Tapioca Pudding is a great place to start!

 

Tapioca was always a fun pudding to me. I thought the little balls in there were fun to eat even though my big brother called them fish eyes, and I tried to pop them with my teeth. Aside from that I’m completely in love with mangoes and usually cut one up for breakfast. Putting it in one of my favorite puddings is a win-win for me! This recipe will definitely go in my drawer of keepers.
