This is my absolute favorite dessert from Olive Garden, and this is the closest recipe I’ve found to that amazing Lemon Cream Cake they offer. It’s so light, and perfect after a heavy Italian meal. Just when you think that you can’t eat another bite this cake comes along and you’re like, okay yeah I can eat that! In fact, I could eat two slices on top of a full meal, it’s that delicious.
The light cake surrounded by fluffy layers of chilled lemon fluff and topped with white chocolate is the perfect combination for a lightly sweet dessert that will have you wanting more and more. I’ve even had my husband take me on date night to Olive Garden for coffee and this cake – it’s that good!
