Are you ready to fix it and forget it? This crock pot recipe features chicken swimming around in a garlicky concoction and supported by everyone’s favorite, carrots and potatoes. It doesn’t get more simple and easy than that! It’s perfect for one of those mornings you have so much to do, and forgot to plan dinner. Now come on, admit it we all have those days. I have several, actually.
Well, this will be your new ‘go to’ chicken crock recipe. This is literally a full chicken dinner bursting with flavor, and while it sounds basic… trust me that it’s not your average. Cooking low and slow like your favorite lowrider, this meal is not in a hurry to be done as it steeps and gently bubbles all day while you run errands. Watch it disappear at dinnertime. This one is plate-lickin’ good.

Quick Tip: You can always switch up the veggies, I didn’t have many carrots so I substituted with a few cherry tomatoes cut in half. This switched up the flavor a lot but it was awesome.
