Who doesn’t love peanut butter? This recipe features Nutter Butter cookies and chocolate, are you drooling yet? It gets better! The best part is that there’s NO baking. This is an ice box cake and it’s delicious year-round. I don’t know about you but I don’t limit myself to ice cream and cold treats only in the summertime. I’ll put my boots and heavy coat on for it, but since I can make this at home I don’t have to go to the local ice cream shop.
Ice box cakes are just awesome, because all you have to do is mix up a few things and layer them in a casserole dish. Then stick it in the freezer and a couple hours later it’s ready to enjoy. I like to make this and other variations at night so we have it the next day. Drizzle some extra Hershey’s Syrup on top and glop some cool whip on to take your sweet tooth on a magical journey.
