These little treats have been around for ages, and just about everyone loves them because they are easy to eat and easy to make. This is such a simple recipe you won’t have to spend the whole evening in the kitchen! Just combine all the ingredients and you’ll have them ready in half an hour.
These are great to serve for all kinds of occasions. They are always a great hit at birthday parties, sporting events, christenings, baby showers and bridal showers. Once they are done you can stick toothpicks in each one and serve them on a platter. People will flock to them because they can be considered somewhat of a novelty. There’s one thing I’ve learned, though – if you’re making these for a game night, make a double batch!

You gave a second variation for the cocktail weenies (pineapple and brown sugar ) but you never gave. Measurment for them or if you use crushed pineapple or chunk .pineapple.
I could not resist commenting. Perfectly written!
Can we use the slow cooker for these? How long to cook?
