Whoever invented the slow cooker is simply genius and deserves a hug! When that dinner hour hits it is such a relief to know that a hot meal is done and ready to be eaten. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times it has been a lifesaver at my house, when I’ve been exhausted from work and had literally no time to cook dinner.
This slow cooker creamy lemon chicken needs to be added to your meal plan. The sauce drizzled on top is what makes this chicken that much more delicious. Serve this chicken over a pile of pasta and don’t forget the bread for mopping up that scrumptious lemony sauce!
