There’s nothing better than fall-apart juicy chicken made easy in your slow cooker. This Moroccan chicken dish will make you a new lover of authentic Mediterranean-style cuisine! It has been one of my favorite recipes since the day I found it – we can’t go on a full month without having this at least once!
Some would argue boneless skinless chicken thighs were made for the crock pot, and this dish would make a perfect example. The tender juicy chicken cooks on low surrounded by tasty spices like cumin, ginger, coriander, and cinnamon for a sweet and spicy dish. Chickpeas, olives, and apricots are tossed in making a dish you can’t resist. This recipe serves 4 and with a quick prep time of only 15 minutes, it comes together for an easy weeknight meal.
