My good friend Irene moved into her dream home. Well, actually she built it so it was exactly her dream home! She made the cutest room that was this sitting area. It has a beautiful table and chairs with a gorgeous china cabinet. There is also a little sitting area next to a big bay window. It’s the perfect tea time room! I was so impressed with how elegant it looked.
I know that Irene loves tea so I was not surprised to see this room built into her dream home. One day I received a beautiful invitation to be at her house at 2pm sharp for high tea. I had actually talked to her on the phone and I offered to bring a sweet treat offer for this wonderful high tea afternoon. She was actually quite appreciative of this gesture.
I decided to make these coconut cream cookie cups. They taste wonderful, but they are also such an elegant looking little dessert. I knew that this would be the perfect dessert to take over to her home. When I got there she was so impressed with this. It went perfect with the other little finger foods that it all just clicked. Everyone that tried one of these little dessert cups absolutely loved them!
