Orange You Excited To Try This Chicken Stir Fry?

When it was just me and my husband at home after we first got married, I had a hard time cooking for just two people. It seemed like whatever I made there were always tons of leftovers, and we were constantly throwing food out. My mom had taught me a lot, but she was always cooking for a family of six. Some of those recipes I could cut down, but others it was impossible to do. Leftovers are good for a day or two, but you can’t just keep eating the same thing over and over again without getting extremely bored.

That’s when a friend of mine suggested a stir fry. I never really even thought of making something like that. If we wanted stir fry, we would just order out from our favorite take out restaurant.  Then, I found this recipe on Group Recipes, and it sounded like the perfect solution to our overabundance of leftovers.

I actually cut this dish down in half the first time I made it thinking it was going to be too much, but we liked it so much, we could have eaten way more. The entire pan was gone by the time we were done eating. I won’t be cutting this one down ever again I can tell you that!
