Thin Noodles With Veggies And Chicken: Better Than Takeout!

Back in my college years, my roommates and I spent a lot of time eating out. There were lots and lots of little restaurants all around campus. We had to try them all, and we each had our favorites. For some reason, Asian foods turned out to be the one that I would pick when it was my turn. We were from a small town, so we didn’t even have that option where we lived. I would have never even known that I liked it until going off to school. Noodles, chicken, and veggies always hit the spot.

They were a little bit expensive, especially for a broke college student. Eventually, we moved into an apartment where we could do our own cooking. I decided that I was going to make my own Asian-inspired meals at home and save my money. I self-taught myself a recipe very similar to this one from Group Recipes.

My roommates loved this dish as much as I did, mainly because I could make a huge batch of it and we hardly had to spend any money at all. It was a nice way to keep some cash in our pocket while still filling up our bellies.
