Holy Cow Hot Corn Dip!

It had been months since my girlfriends and I had found any time to spend together. It seemed like our schedules were just never going to match up. That’s when I got in touch with them and told them that we had to make the time or it was never going to happen. I said I would host a movie night at my house, and if they had to bring the kids, so be it. Mine were going to be home, and they could entertain each other. That’s all it took. Everyone showed up, with their little munchkins in tow, and that was fine with me.

I had a made a few different appetizers and finger foods that both kids and adults could enjoy. The one I was most proud of though was this corn dip that I found on The Pioneer Woman. Whoa! It was so tasty. Even the kids liked it, which shocked me with all the veggies in there.

After they had their plates made, me and the girls put ours together and headed to the den for a nice relaxing movie with our plates. I was so grateful everyone showed up. It worked perfectly even with the kiddos circling around us.
