Cinnamon Baked French Toast: The Ultimate Brunch For Your Family

When my daughter plays volleyball, we know that we are going to be in for a long day ahead. Those Saturday tournaments take all day long! I can get pretty bored, but I will do whatever I can to make my daughter happy. With all the sports action they get involved in, it doesn’t take long for them to get hungry. In between games they usually snack away. I like to try and bring something homemade when the games are at our home gym. This cinnamon baked French toast is one of the girl’s favorites.

I found the recipe on The Pioneer Woman a couple years ago, and I started making it for my family. When these tournaments started taking over our lives, I figured it would be the perfect thing to take so they could have a real breakfast instead of toaster pastries or donuts.

A toss away casserole pan is perfect for this recipe when I take it somewhere because there is no cleanup. You can bet that it’s going to be empty so there are no leftovers to throw away.
