Your Favorite Brownies

My granddaughter was having a birthday a little while ago, and I asked her if she would like me to make her a special cake. I love making cakes, so I was hoping that she would pick something fun. Much to  my surprise, she requested brownies instead of cake. That was unusual, but I was okay with it. Brownies are good too. I just wanted to make sure that they were the best ones in the world. Only the best would do for my sweet pea. Thankfully, I found this recipe on All Recipes.

I couldn’t wait to make these and take them over to her school for her special birthday treat. I whipped up a double batch on her day, and drove them over to her classroom. I think the pan was still a little warm when I walked through the door. She was so excited to see me, but not as much as I was to see her.

Even more excited than us, were her classmates. They could smell the dessert, and they all knew they were going to get something yummy when they were done with their math lesson. I sat for a bit and watched them learn. Then, passed these out and sat a little longer and watched everyone gobble them right up! They were a huge hit among all the little kiddos!
